Well the Tooob has made it onto the board... not a lot of success so far as the two diodes protecting the heaters seem to be too aggressive in their conduction levels so we are only driving about 0.7V in instead of 1.5V... looks like two in series coming up...

i believe the 5672 is meant to be run at 0.7V to achieve a starvation. the module was not meant to run the tube at optimal chars
yes -- i read that after the post -- i need to get back to that module and have a more determined tweek!
